Investment Exploration Tours Before Moving to Argentina

Our Argentina Investment Exploration Tour packages are designed for those who would like to explore our large and beautiful country in an authentic and meaningful way before making long-term decisions. We invite investors to explore Argentina first, enjoying world-class destinations such as Buenos Aires, Iguazú Falls, Patagonia, Mendoza’s wine valleys, and the colorful Andes region. Afterwards, you may decide whether to expand your journey into business or long-term settlement. Families can enjoy luxury stays, tango shows, winery tours, glacier expeditions, and wildlife encounters while also connecting with local communities, savoring Argentine cuisine, and immersing themselves in the country’s vibrant culture. Each tour, whether it is North Argentina Mining, Mendoza Vineyard Investments, or Patagonia Land Investment explorations, is built to combine adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion.

Investment & Business-Oriented Tours in Argentina

We offer exclusive Investment Tours for entrepreneurs and investors that go beyond sightseeing. These packages include visits to premium agricultural lands, eco-tourism estates, farmlands, real estate construction sites, and manufacturing properties, with opportunities to meet local partners and explore free trade zones such as Tierra del Fuego. Clients can enjoy private activities, such as Perito Moreno glacier tours, luxury vineyard stays, and guided excursions to Argentina’s top natural wonders, while assessing business opportunities. Whether you are considering opening a company, investing in tourism projects, or exploring tech manufacturing hubs, our tours merge leisure with strategic networking. This unique blend of adventure, culture, and investment opportunities ensures that your trip is both memorable and efficient.

Argentina Tourism

Important Note:

We highly recommend against entering Argentina as a tourist with the intention of later changing to a residency status. If your purpose is immigration, you must enter under the correct category from the start, not as a tourist. Changing status from tourist to resident can create complications, and even if approved, it may affect your citizenship application after two years of residency. Therefore, these tours are exclusively tailored for exploration, cultural experiences, and informed decision-making, not as a shortcut for residency. As per Article 35 of the National Migration Law, entry can be rejected if there is suspicion that the traveler’s true intention differs from the purpose declared at immigration.

Luxury Ecotourism Investment Project

Argentina offers exceptional natural beauty, yet its premium accommodation sector is still underdeveloped. Clients interested in construction may develop an Eco-Luxury Investment Project that addresses this opportunity by developing a network of nature-based wellness residences, offering comfort amidst the rich natural beauties of Argentina. The proposed business model contemplates strong scale advantages, including comfort in potentially bungalow-styled facilities, reduced marketing costs, higher customer lifetime value, consistent service standards, and better balance across seasons.

El Calafate - Flagship Retreat

A lakeside flagship on Lago Argentino featuring 14 bungalows and 10 villas, forming a Destination Spa with recovery and breathing programs, sleep and relaxation rituals

Just 15 minutes from El Calafate city, the preliminary proposal of El Calafate Resort Project is situated on the shores of Lago Argentino, close to the world-renowned Perito Moreno Glacier. This boutique destination combines a lakeside hotel, private villas, and a wellness spa designed for recovery and reconnection in Patagonia’s pristine silence. Guests enjoy trekking, kayaking, glacier cruises, and organic Patagonian cuisine sourced locally. The business model is designed to generate revenue from three potential sources: hotel stays, villa rentals, and villa sales, with 90% of funds secured by land and construction, according to the project developer. A 2000 m² turnkey hotel on a 3.5-hectare plot costs approximately USD 4 million, with strong ROI and property value growth projected by the developer under current market assumptions. The project is structured with the potential to align with Argentina’s potential future CBI framework, and international investors may become eligible if future regulations permit. At the foot of Fitz Roy, 20 rooms, a lounge with panoramic views, and a recovery sauna after trekking.

Ushuaia - Arctic Resort

At the southern edge of the world, between the ocean and the mountains, Ushuaia stands as both a breathtaking natural wonder and a gateway to opportunity.

Beyond its 30-room Arctic resort with spa and baths overlooking the Beagle Channel, where guests experience the crisp freshness of Patagonia’s “end of the earth”, Immi Legal Tierra del Fuego Investment & Adventure Tours open doors to explore the province’s Free Trade Zone, one of Argentina’s most strategically significant economic regions. Participants can visit ongoing industrial operations, technology manufacturing facilities, and available land plots while meeting potential local partners and business sellers. These tours combine the thrill of exploration in one of the planet’s southernmost destinations with direct exposure to Argentina’s investment and trade pathways for foreign investors. Whether trekking across glacial valleys or discussing opportunities in Tierra del Fuego’s special customs zone, travelers will gain not only unforgettable experiences but also valuable insights into Argentina’s evolving business landscape.

Arctic Sailing Tour

The Ushuaia investment tour combines business and luxury experiences. It includes visits to international companies in the Tierra del Fuego Free Trade Zone, with briefings on manufacturing, export operations, and tax incentives. Clients will also take part in high-level networking sessions with key local stakeholders. On the lifestyle side, the program features a private yacht excursion to Penguin Island, offering close-up views of wildlife in a unique natural setting.

Bariloche - Lake Retreat

On the shore of Nahuel Huapi Lake, surrounded by pine forests. 30 rooms with a spa and baths overlooking the water.

Mendoza - Wine Boutique

Set among vineyards. 25 rooms with spa programs based on terroir practices, relaxation, and gastronomy.

In Mendoza, Wine & Andes Investment Tours offer more than scenic vineyard views; they open doors to Argentina’s thriving wine industry and provide access to business opportunities. Visitors explore prestigious wine estates, boutique vineyards, and the Uco Valley’s premium Malbec terroirs while meeting local winemakers and investors. The tours highlight potential real estate and winery investments, from small vineyard parcels to full-scale estates, allowing participants to engage directly with sellers, understand regional production, and learn about the legal framework governing foreign investment in Argentina. Guests enjoy luxury stays, gourmet dining, and immersive wine experiences, combining leisure, education, and strategic investment insight.

Buenos Aires - Urban Hub

20 apartments in a peaceful green district with easy access from both airports—a logistical hub for guests traveling between destinations.

What Investors Gain

Investors may potentially qualify for residency or Argentina’s citizenship under the country’s investment program announced by Decree DNU 366/2025, although the program itself is not yet open as of the date. Should the future investment program become operational, eligible investors may be able to apply under the regulations then in force.
