A business visa invitation letter is a formal document required by Argentine consular authorities abroad to support foreign nationals traveling to Argentina for legitimate professional purposes, such as business meetings; investment opportunity exploration, such as land/property acquisition; conferences; or technical activities, including Argentine company incorporation.
Motivo de viaje: Negocios, congresos, ferias u otras actividades técnicas o profesionales
This service involves the preparation of a notarized and legalized letter of invitation / business exploration invitation issued by the local Argentine company registered under ReNuRe (government immigration office), together with coordination of consular requirements and visa appointment scheduling (ACC-000063).
The inviting party must be in a field related to the traveler’s business. An invitation must be obtained from a supplier, buyer, or other relevant party in the business chain.
Using middle parties or facilitators as the inviting party is not allowed; otherwise, the invitation will not fulfill that requirement.
Business visa applications may be submitted to any Consular Office of the Argentine Republic. The authorized stay period for this type of visa is a maximum of up to 60 days, subject to visa approval by the relevant consulate. Applications are personal and the applicant must submit the following documents (an original and a copy) at the Consular Office
The business visa applies exclusively to the individual who will be entering the Argentine Republic for business purposes. It does not extend to accompanying family members; each family member must apply separately for a tourism visa.

The process begins with the preparation of the invitation documentation required by the consulate. This includes organizing the supporting file, aligning it with consular expectations in the applicant’s country of origin, and ensuring all materials are properly structured for submission.
Where required, documents may be reviewed, legally formalized, and notarized in accordance with applicable standards.
If you need clarification on the document requirements or structure, you can contact us for more details.
Once the documentation is prepared, the next stage involves guidance on the visa application process in the applicant’s country of origin. This includes organizing the application folder, aligning submission requirements, and coordinating the visa appointment process with the relevant consulate.
The objective is to ensure the application is complete and correctly presented at the time of submission.
Visa processing will take around 45 working days after the interview and document verification, subject to IT system functionality. Please ensure that there is a minimum of one month between the date of your interview and your intended travel date.
The full process is structured as a coordinated workflow covering invitation preparation, documentation alignment, and consular appointment management.
The duration of stay associated with the invitation is typically up to 60 days, subject to visa approval by the issuing authority.
To apply for a business visa, the inviting Argentine company with which you will be conducting business in Argentina must initiate the visa process by submitting an invitation letter on your behalf, including all relevant details regarding the purpose of the trip and the activities to be carried out.
