Who Can Apply?

Argentine Criminal Record Certificate: Automatically incorporated into the Radex system.
Foreign Criminal Record Certificate: Must show no convictions or pending cases for countries where the applicant has resided for over one year within the past three years.
2. Proof of Address in Argentina
Applicants must provide evidence of their address in Argentina. This may include a temporary rental contract (for example, a six-month lease), preferably notarized. Based on the rental documentation, the applicant must obtain a Certificado de Domicilio issued by the local police station corresponding to their place of residence in Argentina. In some cases, utility bills (such as electricity or gas bills) may also be accepted by the local police as supporting evidence to issue the Certificado de Domicilio.
3. Proof of Regular Income
Applicants must provide official documentation showing regular income from a foreign company outside Argentina related to remote work. Acceptable documents include pay slips, salary statements, employment contracts, invoices, or bank statements reflecting ongoing payments from an employer or clients abroad. There is no minimum income requirement; the key criterion is that the documentation is official, verifiable, and confirms consistent remote income.

To be eligible for the Argentine Digital Nomad Visa, applicants must demonstrate that they perform remote or independent professional activities for foreign employers or clients. Important Notes
1. Legalization of Documents:
All foreign-issued documents must be:
Apostilled (if from a Hague Convention member country), or
Legalized by an Argentine Consulate or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Translation of Documents:
Any documents not in Spanish must be translated by a National Public Translator in Argentina and legalized by the College of Translators.
3. Original Documents:
Only original documents are accepted. Additional documentation may be requested by immigration authorities.
Re-Entering Argentina After a Tourist Overstay or 90 + 90 Days
