How to Work with Immi Legal: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 2: Schedule a Personal Zoom Consultation.
Evaluate your eligibility, develop a custom immigration strategy, review fees and required documentation, and explore alternative options (Plan B, Plan C) via a Zoom call with follow-up through WhatsApp, email, or additional Zoom meetings as needed.
Step 3: Document Legalization
Apostille or legalize your required documents in your home country.
Step 4: Signing the Contract & First Payment
Once your documents are legalized and prepared:

Step 5: There are two scenarios:
Scenario #1: If You Need a Visa to Enter Argentina:
• Legalize your Power of Attorney (PoA) at your local Argentine Consulate.
• ImmiLegal submits your documents to the Migration Department in Buenos Aires.
• Once the Entry Permit is issued, apply for a visa at the Argentine Consulate.
• ImmiLegal assists with your visa application if needed.
• After approval, travel to Argentina.
Scenario #2: If You Don’t Need a Visa to Enter Argentina:
You can directly enter Argentina and proceed with the residency process upon arrival.
Step 6: Appointment Booking & Second Payment
After booking an appointment with the authorities, proceed with your second payment.
Step 7: Document Translation in Argentina
Immi legal team reviews your legalized documents and arranges for official translations in Argentina to meet all legal standards.
Step 8: Document Submission
Submit all prepared and legalized documents following the Argentine Government’s instructions.
Step 9: Precaria & DNI (Residency)
Accompany and assist with obtaining your Precaria (temporary residence certificate) and ensure it is renewed every three months until your temporary residency is approved. Once approved, we’ll schedule your appointment with RENAPER for your DNI (national ID card).
Step 10: Citizenship Application Process
