Eligibility Requirements:

Available to foreign individuals establishing an employment bond with a Brazilian company or individual. The immigrant’s qualifications and professional experience must be compatible with the activity to be performed in Brazil. 

1) Must have a valid job offer in Brazil

2) The employer must obtain approval from the Brazilian Ministry of Labor proving the role cannot be filled by a Brazilian citizen

3) Signed employment contract required

4) Passport and proof of qualifications
