  3. Birth Certificate – apostilled and translated into Spanish in Argentina.

  4. Proof of Residence – at least 2 years of continuous legal residence.

  5. Criminal Record Certificate – from Argentina and your home country.

  6. Local Police Certificate – issued within the last five days.

  7. Proof of Income – employment contract, Monotributo pay stub, or tax records.

  8. Declaration of Intent – confirm your desire to become an Argentine citizen.

Notes: Must be over 18. Continuous residence is recommended. Children of naturalized Argentines can apply after turning 18. The process must be done in Argentina.
