The Citizenship by Investment Program in Argentina is not yet open. To manage the investment programs, the government is establishing a special CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM AGENCY under the National Migration Directorate. This agency will:
1. Evaluate the security, legal, and financial compliance of each investment for the government.
2. Assess the national contribution of the project (jobs, growth, sustainability).
3. Suppose the project is approved, then the Agency will forward the approved projects to the Migration Department for further processing of citizenship by investment, without the requirement for a 2-year residency. And even without physically being in Argentina.

Total investment required: A 200 m² Villa with a 2,000 m² land plot, delivered turnkey to the investor, will cost approximately USD 500,000. The Elite Hotel Rental fee starts at USD 850 per night through our hotel management system, which retains a 30% management fee.

Foreign small investors are welcome to set up various types of businesses on our project territory, either under our management or on a rental basis. Examples include photo and video production services, mobile or on-location services, a store selling trekking equipment or outdoor clothing, and coffee shops. Other possibilities could consist of bike or motorcycle rental services, small souvenir shops, wellness or massage services, guided tour operations, or boutique artisan stores. Essentially, any small-scale business that complements our premium-level lifestyle and tourism focus can be considered.
In the same neighborhood, two additional plots of land are available for sale: 3.5 hectares, priced at USD 460,000, and 1 hectare, priced at USD 140,000. Both can be purchased together.
If you have the capacity to develop all three projects and create a larger complex, we are open to this option. In that case, a 2,000 m² hotel could be constructed. Based on our calculations, the average construction cost is approximately USD 1,500 per m², which means the total required investment for a larger development would be around USD 4 million. On one of those two neighboring plots, a motorcycle tour base can be established.
