Operating Clauses and Credit Policies

"Credit Balance" Policy (instead of refunds)

If a group increases its size (e.g., from Duo to Trio) and the hourly price decreases:

No cash refunds or money returns will be issued.

The price difference will be credited as a “Credit Balance” for the student’s next billing cycle or exchanged for materials/workshops.

This ensures volume benefits for students while maintaining academy cash flow stability.

Enrollment Windows and Placement

Monthly Plans: Enrollment is allowed only during the first week.

Quarterly Plans: Enrollment allowed only during the first month.

Semiannual/Annual Plans: Enrollment allowed only during the first two months.

Mandatory Survival Placement Course: Students joining late must complete a 1-month intensive course (1h daily, Mon–Fri) for a fee of USD 120.

Promotional prices depend on fulfilling the contract (3, 6, or 12 months).

Early withdrawal results in losing the discount; the difference will be charged based on the “Month to Month” rate.

For group classes, absences do not entitle the student to make-up classes or discounts. 

Classes may be recorded with student consent as teaching material or for those with major reasons for missing class.
