Must be a spouse, parent, or child of a Brazilian citizen or permanent resident.
Specifically, they must provide:
a) Valid marriage certificate (for spouses)
b) Valid birth certificate (for children or parents)
c) Furthermore, proof of dependency, if applicable (for adult dependents)
d) In addition, proof of family relationship recognition under Brazilian law
The documents listed below must be provided by applicants:
a) Valid Passport
b) CPF registration (Brazilian taxpayer number)
c) Marriage certificate or birth certificate (apostilled & sworn translated in Brazil)
d) Proof of dependency if required
e) Police clearance certificate (apostilled & translated)
f) Sworn translations of all foreign documents in Brazil
Provides VIPER permanent residency through family reunification with a Brazilian citizen or permanent resident.
Fast track to citizenship possible in:
1 year if married to a Brazilian citizen
1 year if the parent of a Brazilian child
Your Residency remains valid indefinitely as long as the qualifying family relationship exists.
