Onboarding registration as a paid consultation client is the starting point of the process. This allows us to properly understand your situation and, based on an initial assessment, determine which immigration program you may be eligible for. We try to avoid any engagement without a clear understanding of your case in order to prevent mistakes or complications later.
We offer several residency options for immigration to Argentina. You can find an overview here:
https://immi.legal/how-to-immigrate-to-argentina/
Residency program fees depend on several factors, including entry visa requirements for legal entry into Argentina, the number of family members included in the application, the selected immigration program, case complexity (including whether the case involves judicial or purely administrative processing), document availability, and any additional services required.
If you have already selected an immigration program, we will first verify whether you have (or can obtain) the required documents.
Once the residency program is determined and you confirm that you can obtain the required documents, an online Zoom consultation with a certified immigration lawyer will be scheduled.
During the one-hour consultation, the lawyer will:
Identify and reconfirm the program requirements from the legal perspective
A step-by-step breakdown of the selected immigration program, including required documents and timelines
Discussion of case-specific nuances, shared exclusively with paid consultation clients
Define the scope of work for the selected program and build a strategy accordingly.
Consultation hours are typically 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM (Buenos Aires time), Monday through Friday. If you require a different time, please let us know and we will arrange a mutually convenient schedule. Consultations may be rescheduled with advance notice.
If you wish to proceed, please let us know your preferred payment method. We serve clients worldwide and offer multiple options, including Wise (Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard), USDT, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Other methods may also be available but could involve additional processing time or fees.
Once the payment is completed, kindly please send us a screenshot for confirmation.
The consultation (case assessment) and onboarding fee is USD 200.
After the consultation, and based on the lawyer’s assessment, we will provide an accurate quotation.
As a paid consultation client, you will receive:
Answers to follow-up questions at no additional cost
Assistance during the document collection stage. We will share contact details of Argentine sworn translators, notaries, apostille/legalization service providers in your area, and travel insurance providers we regularly work with.
You will have time to collect the required documents between the consultation and signing the service agreement. In some cases, clients discover during this stage that certain documents cannot be obtained and may decide to switch to another immigration program. If this occurs, you will remain a paid consultation client, and we will continue to guide you throughout the document preparation process for the selected program.
Please note: Document submission, application, or government filing begins only after the service agreement for the selected program is mutually signed.
Once all required documents have been collected, notarized, apostilled or legalized, and translated, you will sign a service agreement and make the first installment for the selected immigration service package.
A certified Argentine immigration lawyer will then evaluate the final documents translated into Spanish for legal compliance and completeness before proceeding with submission or filing.
